Joel is a specialist in Technical Due Diligence/Quality Assurance, large scale Microsoft implementations, Service Orientation (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS) / Software plus Services (S + S).

Joel has held roles as Technical Director, Partner, Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant at small, medium and large enterprises throughout the last decade. Joel has over 25 years' experience in IT and Communications and over 15 in industry.

Despite being a trained enterprise architect, Joel remains rebelliously hands-on, holding 17 certifications in Microsoft technologies from VB6 through to the latest versions of .NET, and from SQL Server 2000 through to SharePoint 2007. Joel is also a trainer in Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server for Application Developers.
